Motorised TransportThe use of motorised transport is not permitted for Championship events without the express permission of the Match Committee.
A current Medical Certificate is required for this exemption.
The Course Superintendent may prohibit the use of Motorised Transport in adverse conditions.
Eligibility
Participation in club ‘Trophy’ events is restricted to full financial membership.
If the member is paying their subscription in instalments, all payments must be up to date.
Failure to meet these requirements may preclude participation.
Women
Handicaps for Strokeplay and Matchplay qualifying are frozen as at the first round (July 11th).
Finals are played over 36 holes with the exception of Bronze II (18 holes)
Matchplay Championship
Four rounds of qualifying to be played, best round to count. The first round of the week (Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday) will be the only score to count.
Once a player has completed their first round, any subsequent round will be automatically counted.
Matches are to be played by the following dates:
Round One September 13
Semi Finals September 27
Finals October 4
Strokeplay Championship
Four rounds of Strokeplay in divisions to be played, best three to count. The first round of the week (Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday) commenced by a player will be the only score to count for that week. Players will automatically be entered in the competition. This is a medal competition, there is no pick-ups. Every hole must be completed, ie the ball must go in the hole.
Matchplay & Strokeplay Divisions:
Silver 0 – 18.4
Bronze I 18.5 – 26.4
Bronze II 26.5 – 40.4
Matchplay Qualifying & Strokeplay Dates:
Round 1 July 11, 12 & 15
Round 2 July 18, 19 & 22
Round 3 July 25, 26 & 29
Round 4 August 1,2 & 56
